Subject: Re: [oslc-promcode] Not receiving email from external user
Kaz, At W3C there are usually two mailing lists for each working group, one for the internal working group discussions and another one for public comment. I think this arrangement would be useful for PROMCODE. Robin/Steve - how does OASIS handle this? _________________________________________________________ Arthur Ryman Chief Data Officer SWG | Rational 905.413.3077 (phone) | 416.939.5063 (cell) IBM InterConnect 2015 From: Kazuhiro Funakoshi <k-f@bk.jp.nec.com> To: "Mikio Aoyama (mikio.aoyama@nifty.com)" <mikio.aoyama@nifty.com>, "oslc-promcode@lists.oasis-open.org" <oslc-promcode@lists.oasis-open.org> Date: 12/24/2014 09:05 PM Subject: [oslc-promcode] Not receiving email from external user Sent by: <oslc-promcode@lists.oasis-open.org> Prof. Aoyama, I tried to send email from non-member address to our ML, but not receiving due to TC setting. I got a daemon reply as: <oslc-promcode@lists.oasis-open.org>: permission denied. Command output: Sorry, only certain individuals may post to this committee. If you participate in this committee and have posting privileges, but are having trouble posting, please forward this error message to admin@lists.oasis-open.org (#5.7.2) ERROR: postqmail-local Error #77 Since we have our contact information in WD as this ML, we have two options now: * Set this ML as open This should be done with "basic policy settings" in [1] (by TC chair?) * Create another ML from contact from external users I think we should contact to OASIS to make a request [1] https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oslc-promcode/settings.php Regards, Kaz
