* links toward container resources are now read only.
* most of links target are now oslc:Resource. Exceptions are:
  * target, determines, observes are oslc:LocalResource
  * representedBy, stateOfRisk, stateOfIssue are oslc:AnyResource
    because their link targets are not specified in shape.
