Discussions

Conformance clause

  • Kamimura revised the working draft by incorporating complete conformance clause descriptions similar to those of other OSLC spec such as CM and QM. Main items discussed were the following.
    1. Implementation of vocabulary. Our case is a bit complex because of two reasons, one with two server definitions of the standard server and the full server, and another with the inclusion of containers in the vocabulary. It is possible to simplify the description by not including containers in the vocabulary, but that will require a significant revision to the specification draft. It was agreed to keep the current draft.
    2. Requirement on containers. Current draft simply says that they are the LDP containers. However, Figure 7 might require the containers to be basic containers. It was agreed to look at this issue more carefully.
    3. Omission of two sections present in CM specification, namely, "Status, State and State Predicates" and "Labels for Relationships". Do we have any problems with the omission?
    4. Any problem with the current content of the "Updating multi-valued properties" section.
    5. The need to examine all the conformance clause items to see if Fujitsu's and NEC's implemetations have no problems with them.
    6. Customization of the label of conformance clause items. The current draft uses cc-X since this is the label automatically generated by ReSpec

Actions

  • Wakao-san will examine theitems 2 and 3 of the above.
  • Matumoto-san will examine the item 4.
  • Matsumoto-san and Matsuoka-san will examine the item 5.
  • Kamimura will examine the item 6.
