Udate on the status of the documents:
- Kamimura updated the changes he made on the specification draft and summarized the current status and actions from the previous TC call. He explained the change made regarding the Conformance Clause PROMCODE-42. It was agreed with the change. Wakao-san pointed out that some statements use plural subjects 'PROMODE servers' and some use singular subject suh as 'A PROMCODE server'. It was agreed to use a singlar subject for consistency.
- There was a discussion on whether Report resource should be allowed to have Risk resoure and Issue resources as the range of collects property. Currently, the model permits only ScopeItem resources, WorkItem resources and Artifact resources as the range of the propterty. After very lengthy discussions, it was agreed to keep the model and to recommend sharing RiskCollection resournces and IssueCollection resources between an aquirer and a supplier when needed.
Preparation for the voting
- Kamimura pointed out that there are some formalities and checklist items needed to check before conducting a voting to make a working draft to move to CSD. Aoyama-san will need to examine OASIS documents to ensure that TC will comply with the OASIS process.
- Kamimura pointed out that shape.ttl needs to be regnerated to reflect the recent change of vocaburualy.

Actions

Kamimura will modify the specifcation draft to reflect the decision made today.
Aoyama-san will review OASIS documents regarding the process and steps needed for voting for making the current working draft as CSD and for making the CSD for a public review.
Matsumoto-san will generate shape.ttl file that refect the latest specification.
