1. A special majority vote to make OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 CSD01 as CS.
Kamimura reported that a special majority vote to make OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 CSD01 (https://docs.oasis-open.org/oslc-promcode/promcode/v1.0/csd01/) as a CS (Committee Specification) was conducted by the TC Administrator and ended with unanimous approval on October 11, 2021. A new CS document is not uploaded to OASIS library yet. Kamimura will contact Chet to see when the CS will be uploaded to the library. Then, the next step focus will be to complete the SoU letters from NEC, Fujitsu and IBM. It was agreed to submit the SoU letters by these companies hopefully by the next TC call.
2. OASIS membership for members from Nanzan University
OASIS membership of Nanzan University ends on November 13, 2021. Each of three members (Kamimura, Yabuta-san and Yoshida-san) of Nanzan University need to transition their membership to OASIS Individual Membership. Kamimura already completed the transition. Yoshida-san and Yabuta-san will have to make the transition.
3. SoU by IBM
Wakao-san and Horiuchi-san of IBM continued their third implementation of PROMCODE specification by creating PROMCODE server using Lyo Toolkit. They have mostly completed the implementation. There was a question of handling 'inline' representation. Wakao-san will look into the details to validate the implementation on that. All other features seem to be working fine.
Wakao-san also needs to contact Jason Keirstead, the IBM representative to OASIS to update him on the PROMCODE work.
Actions
- Yabuta-san and Yoshida-san will apply for OASIS Individual Membership to transition from the current membership with Nanzan University.
- Once their individual membership is established, Kamimura will consult Chet for smooth transition of PROMCODE TC membership.
- Kamimura will contact Chet on when the CS will be uploaded to the OASIS library.
- Once CS is uploaded to the OASIS library, Matsuoka-san and Matsumoto-san will finalize the SoU letters from Fujitsu ad NEC, respectively.
- Wakao-san and Horiuchi-san validate the IBM's implementation including 'inline' representation of properties.
- Wakao-san will contact Jason Keirstead to update him on the PROMCODE work.
