Discussions 

1. COS and public review 

A special majority vote to approve CS02 as a COS was conducted from November 19 to November 26, and the approval was obtained with unanimous result. As a result, a public review of the COS started on December 1, 2021 and continues until Janualry 29, 2022. Kamimura summarized a schedule of the next several months for TC for monitoring progress and actions using the slides posted at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oslc-promcode/download.php/69371/Standard%20Process%20Details%20for%20TC.pptx

Given the fact that Kamimura found a spelling error in the shape document of CS02 before the voting was conducted, he proposed to do one more non-material check on CS02 by TC members. The proposal was accepted. Kamimura will define work items for each member and share them with members. 

2. Publishing IBM's implementation 

Since IBM's implementation is interesting as an example of use of the latest Lyo Toolkit, it should be useful to publish the implementation so that other people can implement the PROMCODE specification with limited effort. Wakao-san agreed. 

Actions: 

• Kamimura to create work items for TC members to do one more check on CS02. 
• Wakao-san to work on publishing the information on IBM's implementation of PROMCODE server.
