Discussions
1. Current status of the standard process
A Special Majority vote to approve the change of the standard documents and their publication was conducted from February 8 to February 15. The change and the publication were approved unanimously. Paul Knight has been assigned to do the work of the publication. It appears that Paul will complete the work in a few days. Once the documents are published at OASIS library, it will move to a call for the final consent as OASIS Standard. The call is expected to take place sometime next week.
2. Publishing machine readable files at OASIS Open
Andrew Berezovsky has asked us to run SpellCheck on our turtle files. Also, he commented that we mix space and tab characters and suggested to use only one. Matsumoto-san ran the SpellCheck that produced no error and 18 warnings. Kamimura suggested to replace URL's in subversion repository with the URL's in the OASIS library to see if the number of warnings are reduced or not.
Actions:
- Wakao-san, Matsumoto-san and Matsuoka-san to update their companies' OASIS reps on the final consent ballot.
- Matsumoto-san to run SpellCheck with the changes described as above.
- Kamimura to continue to work with Andrew and Jim for publication of turtle files at OASIS Open.
