Hi OSLC PROMCODE TC Members,
We have announced the Public Review of your draft Errata, but there will be two more steps.
1) Handle any comments, as usual for any public review. If there are no comments, then please send an email stating that "No comments were received" to
oslc-promcode-comment@lists.oasis-open.org, after the public review closes on June 2.
2) Approve the draft (as "Approved Errata").
This follows the process as described in the TC Process [1].
After the public review closes on June 2, the TC must confirm the proposed corrections as Approved Errata by a Full Majority Vote.
Then you will need to submit the request form to "Publish an Approved Errata" [2].
Once approved, the Approved Errata shall be made available with the OASIS Standard it corrects.
Also, note that a TC may not adopt Approved Errata to an OASIS Standard more than once in any six-month period.
