1. Public review on Errata 2

 

A public review of OSLC PROMCODE v1.0 Errata 02 that started on Nov 22, 2022, and ended on Dec 7, 2022. No comments were submitted during the review.

As a result, Wakao moved the TC approve OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 Errata 02 Committee Specification Draft 01 contained in https://docs.oasis-open.org/oslc-promcode/promcode/v1.0/errata02/csd01/promcode-v1.0-errata02-csd01.html as the Approved Errata and make a request to TC Admin Office to publish it in the OASIS library. Kobayashi-san seconded. There was no discussions nor objections. Therefore, the motion was approved unanimously.

 

 

2. Creating a document on implementation of PROMCODE server using Lyo Toolkit.

 

Wakao walked through the draft of the document with the latest Lyo Toolkit 5.0.0 and found that there are changes needed. Wakao will update the document. With the updated version, other members will verify all the steps to ensure that a total flow and steps work.

Wakao also consulted with Jim Amsden of the OSLC Open group regarding where the document should be published. Based on his suggestion, TC decided to publish it at https://oslc.github.io/developing-oslc-applications/. We will follow the instruction given by Jim in https://github.com/oslc-op/website/wiki.

 

 

Actions:

  * Wakao to request TC Admin Office for publication of the approved Errata 2.

  * Wakao will update the draft document to work with the latest Lyo Toolkit

  * Matsumoto-san and other members will try to verify the updated document

  * Wakao will take a look at the instruction in https://oslc.github.io/developing-oslc-applications/ to publish the document.
