Maybe it’s just me, but I cannot view either of the two draft meeting minutes that you posted to the PBD-SE document repository:

 

Minutes-PbD-SE-TC-20140108_Draft.txt	Draft	Janssen, Gershon	12	2014-02-12
Minutes-PbD-SE-TC-20131113_Draft.txt	Draft	Janssen, Gershon	23	2014-02-12

 

Whether *.txt or *.htm format, they appear as gobbled-gook in my viewers  L

 

Anyone else have this problem?
