Subject: 2014 Internet of Things US Privacy Index - Infographic:

Consumers seem to be getting smarter about privacy…

78% feel that the benefits of a smart device do not out-weighed privacy
concerns prevention

AND

88% of consumers want to be in control of the data collected by their smart
devices

(we also hope they have at least a security monitoring and secure messaging
app on their phones…)

It’s time for privacy by design to step out even more! (where we have a
cyber model to help do that - to widely share, harmonize…)

(related note – for those in San Diego – we’re presenting our cyber 4 PbD
effort at the local ISSA meeting on the 23rd… We can send that invite or
those slides to whomever is interested)
