Subject: Attendance, agenda, call-in information and dinner plans for OASIS PKCS 11 TC face-to-face meeting, March 4/5

Hi –

A couple of notes as we approach next week’s PKCS 11 TC meeting:

·         Thanks to everyone who responded regarding attendance at the face-to-face.  I’ll send out an update to the attendance list tomorrow. If you haven’t responded to my earlier email on this, please do let me know if you’re planning to attend in person

·         Thanks to everyone who responded regarding the agenda.  I’ll send out an updated agenda tomorrow.  If you would like to do a short presentation regarding your implementation of PKCS #11, issues you want the TC to address, or other topics and haven’t yet replied regarding whether you would like to present during the meeting, please let me know.

·         I’ll send the phone and webex information to TC members and observers directly, rather than to the public list, so as to avoid problems with intruders. I expect to send that information out on Wednesday or so.

·         Finally, everyone is invited to dinner on Monday evening. I’m planning to do a reservation at Dishdash restaurant (http://www.dishdash.com/)  at 190 South Murphy Avenue, Sunnyvale CA 94086.  If  anyone objects to the restaurant, please let me know!)

I think that’s it for the moment!

Regards,

Bob

Subject: Attendance at OASIS PKCS 11 TC face-to-face meeting, March 4/5

Hi –

Once again, welcome to the OASIS PKCS 11 TC!

I’ve included below my current understanding of who will be attending our March 4/5 face-to-face in person and by phone.  Please take a look and let me know if 1) you are planning to attend in person but are not on that list, or 2) you are on the list of in-person attendees but should not be.  Thanks!

For those attending in person, here’s once again the information  I included in the welcome message to each of you:

“The meeting will be held in the Blackbird conference room, 2nd floor of Hewlett-Packard building G, 1160 Enterprise Way Sunnyvale CA 94089.  Surface parking and a large parking garage are available adjacent to building G.  Upon arrival, please sign in and obtain a temporary name badge at the main lobby in HP building F, 1140 Enterprise Way.  Signs and an HP escort will guide you to the meeting room in building G.”

I’ll be sending around a more detailed draft agenda later tonight.  I’ll also be sending around a note on those who have so far volunteered to be co-editors, co-chairs, etc.

Regards,

Bob
