I've uploaded the complete minutes for Day 1. You'll find them in the Calendar Documents folder. Please review them!

I'll also be uploading David's draft minutes (which have details of at what time we discussed what topics) into the "Meeting Notes" folder.

I'll also be posting an updated set of action items from the face-to-face, including a few that i missed in the version that i posted on 20-March.

Description

The meeting will be held in the Blackbird conference room, 2^nd floor of Hewlett-Packard building G, 1160 Enterprise Way Sunnyvale CA 94089.  Surface parking and a large parking garage are available adjacent to building G.  Upon arrival, please sign in and obtain a temporary name badge at the main lobby in HP building F, 1140 Enterprise Way.  Signs and an HP escort will guide you to the meeting room in building G.

Dial-in conference calling details will be provided. 

Other details to be provided closer to meeting date. 

This meeting counts towards voter eligibility.
