Hi Bob,

The PKCS #11 V2.30 header files you submitted contain the same license
used in the v2.20 header files:

/* License to copy and use this software is granted provided that it is
 * identified as "RSA Security Inc. PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface
 * (Cryptoki)" in all material mentioning or referencing this software.

 * License is also granted to make and use derivative works provided that
 * such works are identified as "derived from the RSA Security Inc. PKCS #11
 * Cryptographic Token Interface (Cryptoki)" in all material mentioning or
 * referencing the derived work.

 * RSA Security Inc. makes no representations concerning either the
 * merchantability of this software or the suitability of this software for
 * any particular purpose. It is provided "as is" without express or implied
 * warranty of any kind.
 */

This license is believed to be incompatible with the GPL. As a result,
the NSS project is still using PKCS #11 header files derived from an
old version licensed to Netscape, and some GNU projects produced
their own clean-room version of the PKCS #11 header files.

As the copyright owner of these header files, RSA is in the best
position to re-license the header files. I'd like to request that RSA
re-license the header files under the Revised BSD license.

Thanks,
Wan-Teh Chang
