Both docs are referring the same section "DSA".
From CKM_DSA (FIPS 186-4), we have "2.2.9 FIPS 186-4", and Relyea
has "DSA Key Restrictions", and both sections are referring to the
same thing; just the wordings are different.
If we withdraw ours, we will also have to make changes to other
proposals:
CKM_ECDSA
(FIPS 186-4) and CKM_RSA_PKCS
(FIPS 186-4) since they do have a section called "FIPS
186-4".
We will have to rename the section to "ECDSA Key Restrictions" and
"RSA Key Restrictions".
Any thoughts ?
