this and the next message attach a revised agenda to the calendar entries for our face to face meeting next week.  It retains the general topics and structure of the earlier versioné

- Monday a.m: v2.40
- Monday p.m: v.next
- Tuesday a.m: post v.next
- Tuesday p.m: improving how we work as TC; testing; visibility
- Tuesday evening: dinner

I added some time on Tuesday to talk about how to improve how we work as a TC.  Also, for our planning on v.next, i'd like to suggest a process something like this:

- at the start of the segment, we brainstorm a list of all the functionality we might consider for v.next, identifying a champion for each item
- for each item, the champion gives a 5-minute intro/explanation of what it is and why we should consider it
- after going through all the items, we go back through the list and doing a quick high/medium/low priority show of hands for each item.
