Modified PKCS 11 TC bi-weekly concall

        hi -

see below for the draft agenda for this week's PKCS 11 TC call. I believe we'll be able to vote to request a Special Majority Ballot to "to submit the Committee Specification as a Candidate OASIS Standard" (see the TC Process, section 3.4.1 at https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process. I urge everyone to join us for the call, so that we are sure to have quorum for this vote.

In preparation for the call, I will be sending out drafts of the motion, and of the supporting materials.

If anyone knows of any changes to the topics I've listed below, please let me know.
