PKCS 11 TC voting list

Hi –

 

I just submitted the requests for Special Majority Ballot that we voted in last week’s call. To ensure that we have an accurate list of eligible voters, I’ve gone through the roster and updated voting status based on meeting attendance. I’ve attached the eligible voters list as it currently stands and would appreciate your taking a look and making sure it’s correct for you. A couple of notes:

 

-          In the attached attendance report, please ignore attendance at the 12-Nov meeting (this was not an official TC call)

 

-          Bob R.,  I didn’t record your attendance at the 19-Nov call, but I believe you were on the call. Could you confirm?

 

-          For rules regarding voting rights, please see https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process section 2.4.4

 

In submitting the request to OASIS, I asked Paul K. and Chet E. whether it made sense to defer the start of the ballot until after the end-of-year holidays. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from them.
