PKCS#11 header files

Hi all,

Three PKCS#11 v2.40 header files have been uploaded to Documents for a few days now:  pkcs11.h, pkcs11f.h, and pkcs11t.h.

Please spend a bit of time reviewing them over the next couple weeks.  If anyone has comments about the headers, replies to the group in general are preferred.

The goal is to have comments and discussions down to a gentle simmer by our next meeting May 27.  By next-after meeting Jun 10, they should be cooked enough to vote on whether to promote these header files for public consumption.
