Hi Folks -

So far, the only feedback Dina has gotten is from Tim. Can
we get some more volunteers to review and provide feedback?

Please remember, these are the headerfiles we have been referring
to as "2.40-prime" or "2.40-errata" - ie based MOSTLY off of the
2.40 standard, but with corrections where needed to actually work.

This work will directly feed into our work for 2.41, so we can
clean this up and have just ONE set of header files for that
standard.

This is a big job, and we really need help from others in the
committee.

Please let us know if you are reviewing and be prepared to
have comments by next week.
