A few small things I noticed while reading through:

I think the section "1.1.1 PKCS #1 RSA OAEP mechanism parameters" should be 1.1.4.

I also noticed that for General-length SHA3-224-HMAC and General-length SHA3-256-HMAC there are tables (11 and 14) which highlight allowed key types, and data length for the operations, but there aren't any for General-length SHA3-384-HMAC and General-length SHA3-512-HMAC.  Is there a reason why the tables would be omitted for 384/512?  As well, the tables that exist list the Key Type as "generic secret" while the paragraphs above mention that the key types are generic secret and CKK_SHA3_224/256/384/512_HMAC.
