Approved minutes and draft minutes, reminder of open AIs

Here are the approved minutes, with Dieter’s clarification that was approved at the same time, from 10 January 2018:

Reminder, the following outstanding AIs for the 3.0 spec. Chris Z cannot add the content to the documents w/out input from you. This is critical, as this content was approved by the TC for inclusion into V3.0 and Chris cannot complete his work as editor w/out guidance from the named individuals:

·         Darren Johnson: C_EncryptCancel

·         Tony Cox:  v2.40 Errata - Item 13 - ck-camellia-ctr-params

·         Tony Cox:  v2.40 Errata - Item 21 - ckm-tls12-kdf

·         Darren/Dieter:  Additional ECC Curves (though this one I think was clarified after Chris’s last draft, so he may not have any clarifying questions)
