Comments on pkcs11-base-v3.0-wd02 and pkcs11-curr-v3.0-wd03

Hi,
I have some "word" comments embedded in the attached document.

On the Wiki the proposals for SP800-108 and EC Key Generation with Extra Bits are listed as being in "Curr Mech WD03", but I don't see them in pkcs11-curr-v3.0-wd03.  Is there a newer version available?    Are there still open questions about these proposals from the editors?
