Subject: PKCS11 Interop at ICMC 2019 -- registration ends 28 Feb.
Dear PKCS11 Members,
OASIS has placed a hold on a 10'x10' booth space at the International Cryptographic Module Conference (ICMC19), to be held 14-17 May in Vancouver, Canada. The space is reserved to showcase products that support our PKCS11 security standard, so participation is open to members of the PKCS11 Technical Committee.
The cost to participate:
We operate all our Standards Showcases and Interops on a cost-recovery basis. The fee associated with participation is determined to ensure that booth expenses are equally covered by the participants. We currently have room for 4 participants. The cost to participate will range between $2,000 and $3,000 USD. The final cost will be determined prior to invoicing.ÂÂ
The participation fee is non-refundable and dueÂwithin 30 daysÂof the invoice date. Reservations not paidÂwithin 30 daysÂwill be forfeited and reassigned to members on the waiting list. Please see the attached contract for payment information and details on what's included.
Reserving a pod:
We'll begin accepting reservations today through 15 February for Foundational- and Sponsor-level members. Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Contributor members may apply after 15 February. Deadline for all reservations is 28 February.
