Dear PKCS11 Members,
OASIS has placed a hold on a 20'x20' booth space at the International Cryptographic Module Conference (ICMC20), to be held 28 April-1 May in Bethesda, Maryland. The space is reserved to showcase products that support our PKCS11 security standard, so participation is open to members of the PKCS11 Technical Committee.
The cost to participate:
We operate all our Standards Showcases and Interops on a cost-recovery basis. The fee associated with participation is determined to ensure that booth expenses are equally covered by the participants. The cost to participate will range between 3,000 and 4,300 USD. The final cost will be determined prior to invoicing.ÂÂ
The participation fee is non-refundable and dueÂwithin 30 daysÂof the invoice date. Reservations not paidÂwithin 30 daysÂwill be forfeited and reassigned to members on the waiting list. Please see the attached agreement with payment information and details on what's included.
Reserving a pod:
We'll begin accepting reservations today through 4 March for Foundational- and Sponsor-level members. Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Contributor members may apply after 4 March. Deadline for all reservations is 13 March.
