        Here is a draft of v3 section of AES key wrap suggested update to for the use of semiblock term in the current spec.  

?In SP800-38F ?block size? means the underlying cipher block size, i.e. 16 bytes in the case of AES, and ?semiblock? is used for the 8-byte units used in KW/KWP.
