Note about CKM_ECDH_AES_KEY_WRAP missing in WD05

According to https://wiki.oasis-open.org/pkcs11/Meetingminutes/Minutes28042021 CKM_ECDH_AES_KEY_WRAP is deprecated and wanted to add a note to the spec that this mech will be updated in v3.2 of the standard.

However, in section 6.3.20 of WD05 I don’t find such a note.

There is also no action item covering this.
