I believe the inconsistency is here Section 6.24.2 corrected a type in latest wd05 (see below) which then make the headers name type def inconsistent.

./3-01-wd-01/pkcs11t.h:} CK_IKE_PRF_PARAMS;

Wiki Item on 3.1 row 2 of checking headers in not complete and I will need to check again and update.
