it seems me missed putting the ECDH AES KEY WRAP proposal on last meeting’s agenda.

If I remember and read the minutes of the November 10^th meeting correctly there was no formal motion to approve this proposal. IMO some people needed more time to review? Please do so until our next meeting in January. Bob, can you please add this to the agenda?

But we’ve already agreed to limit the existing ECDH AES KEY WRAP deprecation in upcoming 3.1 standard. However, this is not reflected in WD08 yet. Thus, we need to have another version here that can be referenced in the upcoming ballot.
