        Hi Folks,

During the process for preparing the V3.2 Spec for public review TC Admin also noted a number of issues that were a result of old links that had changed or were missing as well as a number of problems with old Microsoft Word artefacts which rendered HTML output incorrectly.

I have added this to the document repository for reference as we progress the necessary motions at the next TC meeting to progress the Specification to a special ballot.

Description
Internal comments coming as a result of the release of Committee
Specification Draft of PKCS11 Specification V3.1 for public review.

The original of this is a Jira ticket and refers to a number of issues with
the document that included references that were no longer valid for a
number of reasons. In addition there were some typographical issues with
the various versions of Microsoft Word that had been used in the past and
where the extracted output into HTML were generating characters that were
not displayed correctly in different browsers.
