Nits:
Table 1 and section 1.1.1 Definitions: CKA_PUB_KEY_FROM_PRIV_KEY should be
CKM_PUB_KEY_FROM_PRIV_KEY
1.1.8 sentence 1, "from and existing private key" should be "from an
existing private key"

The following attributes aren't listed in section 1.1.8 and may need to have
default values specified?
CKA_KEY_GEN_MECHANISM (is it CKM_RSA_PKCS_KEY_PAIR_GEN, etc. or is it
CKM_PUB_KEY_FROM_PRIV_KEY?)
CKA_ALLOWED_MECHANISMS
CKA_TRUSTED
CKA_WRAP_TEMPLATE
CKA_PUBLIC_KEY_INFO
CKA_COPYABLE
CKA_DESTROYABLE
CKA_SUBJECT
