Thanks for your review and comments, Jiafu.

We don't have contact names yet but I think that
finding such names will be our next task. If we
can send the survey directly to the right person,
we have a much better chance of getting a good
answer. Do you have any ideas for how to find
such contacts? I'm inclined to start by searching
our brains for contacts and asking our PKI TC members
for help. Then we can do some Googling. If that
doesn't work, we can fall back to using the main
contact email address from the corporate web site
or calling the main phone number and asking to speak
with the Product Manager for product X. I bet that
last technique will be surprisingly successful.
It's amazing what people will tell you over the phone!

Any other ideas?
