Hi Steve,
Thanks for the reminder, I totally missed it.
Since I didn't send a reminder out, I'm not sure if people would be able to attend.
I was not prepared to have a conference call today.  After the TC meeting yesterday, 
there are a few action items the Education SC would have to do.  I would require more
time for preparation. 
I'm going to reschedule the meeting to next Thursday at 2pm EST if that's OK.
