Dear Steering Committee,
As promised, I submit the proposal that Patrick and I have alluded to
during our PKI MS calls. I think this is a great opportunity for the PKI
TC and Member Section to become the 'open repository' of all things
related to Public Key Infrastructure. I think this site will solve some
of our ongoing issues. 
I'd like to discuss this on our next call if possible. I'd be happy to
invite Patrick and/or Carol if you would like for further examination. I
include Carol for many reasons but principally because she has been at
the helm of the DITA XML.org Focus Area (see http://dita-staging.xml.org
