Dee,
This is absolutely super!
Now, the
US Government just have to learn how banks managed to create global
interoperable payment networks decades ago, while the US Federal PKI currently
hardly reaches 10 miles east of Washington DC.
Yes, banks use gateway
security, the thing everybody except "genuine" PKI people finds
natural.
Anyway, the stone is rolling now. Lets just hope we don't
crushed :-)
