Congratulations to Stephen Wilson for being elected the new Chair
of the PKI Adoption Technical Committee.

I now formally resign the Chair position of the PKIA-TC and hand
over the responsibility to Stephen.  I will continue to remain a
member of the PKIA-TC and participate in its goals.

through this process.
