December PKIA TC Con Call - shift to Dec 19?

Dear All

As noted in a recent con call, the scheduled December meeting falls on 
Boxing Day (the day after xmas), which is not ideal.  I recall it was 
suggested that we bring the December meeting forward one week to Dec 19.

This would have been in the minutes but the last two scheduled meetings 
failed to reach quorum, and honestly I haven't felt the need to issue 
minutes.

So ... can PKIA TC members please respond to this e-mail with an 
indication of their availability to meet at 3:00 PM EST Wed 19th?

And I'd like to re-iterate my call to action: if we're going to have 
productive conference calls, we need to be prepared individually to 
bring ideas and real contributions to the meeting.  We have languished 
somewhat after driving through a few case studies.  We will need to make 
a start in the new year with the more involved policy position papers, 
thought leadership pieces, and/or an Adoption Workshop.

Hope to talk to as many of you as possible later this week.
