Subject: RE: [pki-tc] December PKIA TC Con Call - shift to Dec 19?

Just a reminder to everyone - if you miss two meetings in a row, you lose your
voting status (and therefore your impact on quorum). You must attend two
meetings in a row in order to gain voting status back. Only voting members count
towards quorum. While this doesn't help ensure enough participation to
accomplish tasks, it is intended to keep work moving forward by removing those
from the voting roles that do not attend the calls.

Regards,

Mary
