change to long form

Hi

I have made a small change to the long form display:

 

Changed so that only the EXPRESS from the long form is displayed.

Previously the module express was displayed.

Any entity that is marked for removal by a capability is now commented out.

The processing instructions for entities as defined in the capability are displayed as comments
