display of ref data

Hi

I have fixed a couple of bugs in the XSL for displaying dexs/capabilities.

I would recommend doing a CVS update.

 

There was a bug in the linking of reference data from within a DEX and the display of the OWL classes.

 

The indentation of the left hand menu of the DEXs was off .
