Activity Output v. Work Output, Task, Activity, etc

Following on from concern about the use of Applied_activity_assignement being classified as output v. the use of Work_output, and while generally trying to sort out the capabilities for Task and Scheme, I have noted various inconsistencies in the PLCS model in this area, and a lack of clarity of how it should be used.
I therefore propose that the UK should submit a ballot comment that "The assignment capabilities of Activity, Activity_method, Task and Scheme should be rationalised and made consistent with each other, and with the Resource and Work_output modules."
I would hope that this could be thrashed out at the proposed workshop in September, and have attached my analysis of the area in question. The effect of this will be to change some of the select type targets, and to require some limited rejigging of one or two capabilities, notably representing_activity. The result should be a modeller that is simpler to understand and easier to implement. Also attached is my set of cribs to this area, though these were prepared by hand, and not guaranteed 100% accurate.
