Well - I will do all the capabilities that Eurostep are modellers for. I presume that Tim will do all that LSC are responsible for.

Agreed in principle - I will do DEX 4 now. Are we going to have to rely on individual Capability editors to reset their cover sheets to reflect updated reviewers / timescales etc?

Sean and Tim have sent out a list of capabilities that they require for their DEXs,

This is useful for developing a baseline for next week.

It would be EXTREMELY useful if we could update the DEXs with this information.

That way the XSL can build the spreadsheet for us to work from.

Leif, Sean, Tim - would you be able to update your DEXs?

Basically all you need to do is add the use capability lines to the DEX

e.g.

<use_capability capability="messaging"/>

I will do DEX7

We can then see which capabilities are being used by which DEXs.

I propose that we then modify the capability status prior to the meeting.

For every capability

- set the status state to "in_work"

- set the completion date to ???

Could all the modellers check that the modeller / reviewer is correct (according to Chris's spreadsheet prior to the meeting)

BTW - the possible states are:

status state (identified|planned|in_work|end_modelling|in_model_review|end_model_review|model_review_issues_addressed|in_business_review|end_business_review|business_review_issues_addressed|complete)

What does everyone think?
