Releases of DEXs

At last weeks TOG meeting we briefly discussed the need to be able to document and track a release of a DEX, business mapping or capability.

I have therefore created some XML / XSL for this.

Every DEX, capability, business concept now has a file dvlp/release.xml (as you will notice when you do a CVS update i.e. you do not need to do anything!)

This is accessed from the cover page.

I have also updated the DTDs and mk scripts.

The intent is to use them to record a description of release (a change note) and a list of the revisions of all the dependent capabilities, images etc.

Right now, you can add a description.

Support for the rest will be developed at some point in the future.
