Subject: TOG agreed changes to these Capabilities
Dear TOG'rs
I've been on travels since the meeting so apologies for not being able to attend the feedback teleconference earlier this week.
I also didn't see any minutes as yet (from either) but thought this might be useful for others to be able to track what is going on wrt capabilities ...
We should send this to the other exploder once the ?marks are ironed out.
Capability Changes:

representing_product_group New THN (Trine)
representing_value_with_units New RBN (Rob)
assigning_documents New THN
assigning_security New SBR (Sean)
assigning_codes Renamed from representing_codes
For Removal:
C025 assigning_observation -- ?Reason was - Anyone?
C024 report_activity_progress -- superceded by state_observed and state_types
C049 representing_product_location -- to be merged with C027 Representing_location
C022 representing_work_package -- to be replaced by representing_scheme
C098 representing_codes - to be renamed to assigning_codes
Did we decide to remove referencing_documents or keep as the assigning_documents will contain same info?
