OASIS expect to start the public review next week.
This is not a ballot. After we address any comments received during the review, the TC can either (a) if no material changes, vote to submit for CS ballot or (b) if there are material changes, adopt a new CSD and agree to send it out for 15-day public review
 and repeat until (a).

I will not be able to make the CCB call next Monday.

 

My understanding from OASIS is that they have everything that they need to publish plcslib for the 30 day ballot.
