Following today’s CCB call, I propose that the following paragraph be inserted into clause 1.4 of the front page (as attached to Rob’s e-mail on Sunday).

The Product Lifecycle Support standard is based on a network of machine generated XML objects which build into a number of machine processable and human readable artefacts. The publication components provide a hyperlinked environment for systematically reviewing the contents of these XML objects. For example, this PDF document is a derived copy of the PLCS publication "front page". It is strongly recommended that the publication components are read using the hyperlinked environment.

We have now resolved nearly all the issues that were raised during the public review. We are now doing a quality check.

The attached spreadsheet summarizes the issues – there some that still need to be considered by the CCB.

We had a telecom with Jacques Durant, the OASIS TAB member to discuss the issues raised by him.

These have now been all resolved.

He indicated that that changes that we have made were really material and hence we would need another 15 day review.
