Just FYI, the Object Management Group has published a Request for Proposal in a domain that overlaps significantly with STEP. Attached is an excerpt from that RFP. There is no mention of any SC4 standards with which this needs to be interoperable or harmonized at the moment. OASIS, OAGI, WfMC, etc. are mentioned.
