10303-41 ed 3 passes DIS ballot

I am pleased to be able to announce that the above STEP resource part which is required for PLCS has successfully completed its DIS ballot, with no negative votes, which means that the document can proceed direct to publication after addressing comments where possible. 

 

 A total of five comments has been raised, two editorial, two concerning the need for updates to PLIB and MANDATE parts which reference Part 41, and one general modelling issue.
