I have taken the non-standard step of circulating this message to the OASIS exploder since the original PLCS exploder has not been updated to reflect replacement representatives from the original sponsor members.  I would therefore like to invite the successors to former PLCS, inc Board members to join the following call.

A conference call has been scheduled for Thursday, November 18, 2004 at 10:30AM (Charleston time) to agree to the conclusion of the PLCS technical efforts, the disbursement of remaining funds and to authorize the close down of the corporation following the conclusion of the technical efforts.  We are required to have a quorum of a minimum of 2/3rds of the sponsors to approve the close down.  Tomorrows date is the second rescheduling of this call.  Please make every effort to participate.
