Subject: DEXlib updates

 All,

In Lillehammer I was appointed to look into the existing DEX cookbook, the CVS instructions, to create a Business Concept (draft) template (with the help of Rob), and look into the DEXlib help section i general to create a single source for all documentation.

This work is not yet completed (will it ever be), but I'm leaving for a week of holiday so I thought I'd try to explain what I've done...

- The contents of the DEX cookbook is split into several places (e.g. the DEX developer guide and the introduction to DEXlib). I have not done much work in editing the content, so this must be continued. This goes for most of what I've done on DEXlib these two weeks.

- I've added the CVS instructions created by Mike Ward into DEXlib as XML. These are split into a CVS setup guide (intended to be used only once for each user) and a CVS work guide which explains how to access DEXlib. There is currently only developer guidence, no guidence on how to do a anonymous download, but I'll get back on it later...

- The BC-script created by Rob has been modified to reflect the template created in Lillehammer. More work has to be done on this script! Leif will look into this also.

-In DEXlib there is a new start page. The help index has been restructured and a number of new pages (described above) has been added. One example is the DEXlib FAQ which collects questions in one place and guides to the place where an answer can be found.

And number other of minor changes ... I hope you like it.

Regards,
  Mats

Even though re-writing the CVS instructions, I haven't managed to access DEXlib yet (maybe says something about the quality of my work...;o), but the edited files will be uploaded by Leif in the near future (days).

Leif: Could you send out a mail when this is done?!
